In-network with Independent Health, Highmark, and Highmark of WNY, OON benefits can be supplemented with Superbill upon request, and self-pay accepting all major credit cards and health savings accounts. 

Exploratory Call

A free 15-minute phone consultation is offered prior to starting care to ensure a good fit before beginning treatment. 

There is a 24-hour cancellation policy for all appointments. Please contact Virginia directly for cancellations via email, text, or phone. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not provided notice with at least 24 hours in advance by phone, email or text, you will be required to pay your full session fee. However, there are times, because of illness or emergency, where it may not be possible to provide such notice, in which there can be flexibility in these specific circumstances.
