
Anxiety. That pesky alarm bell that can fuel your racing thoughts, lower your threshold for irritations, create a sense of urgency for answers, or increase your tendency to avoid things for fear of what the future may hold. The thing is, though, anxiety is not all gloom and doom. There can be a real benefit for this innately imbedded alarm system within us. My goal of working with you on your anxiety is for us to better understand the root of it, followed by, learning tools and strategies to better manage it.
