Infertility Support

Infertility is an experience that can imitate a remote control stuck on pause- feeling as if other aspects of your life have been put on hold. You may feel consumed by tracking cycles, scheduling and attending appointments, and the countless tests and timelines that you have been advised to be aware of, without any guarantee of what is to come. This experience may generate an envy or resentment towards others that has never been there before. It can curate anxiety, grief, and a sense of being left behind, and questioning why this is your lot in life. Beyond that, it tends to create a disconnect from your body and even those around you who do not seem able to understand the various layers that accompany infertility- it can be isolating. 

You deserve a space to have those feelings seen, heard, and understood. Together, we will address and honor the range of emotions that you are experiencing within your fertility journey. While learning tools for coping, we will also focus on identifying triggers and boundaries for you to set with yourself and others.
