Welcome

"You're here because you care- and so am I! I know that starting therapy can feel intimidating, and I admire anyone who is willing to do the work to get to know and grow themselves through this process. Whether you are embarking on a life transition, or looking for some support; I'm here when you are ready, and I look forward to joining your journey!"

-Virginia Czaplewski, LMHC, Owner

Services offered

Individual Therapy for Adults

When working with adults, Virginia utilizes evidenced based modalities such as Adlerian therapy and Cognitive-Behavioral therapy. Utilizing these frameworks entails honoring your past experiences, and exploring their impacts on you in real-time. In addition, you will learn techniques to increase your awareness of current unhelpful patterns of thinking, and skills to implement the changes you are seeking.

Therapy for Children

Virginia acknowledges the importance of meeting people where they are at, which is why her years of training in Play therapy has been an integral part of her work with children and their families. Since children are not miniature adults, the implementation of Play therapy informs care with evidenced- based practices, at a level that meets children where they are at developmentally. When working with your child, regular counselor-caretaker consultations will be part of your child's care plan.

"Play allows us a safe distance as we work on what's close to our hearts". - Fred Rogers

Fees and insurance

Fees

Sessions are a set fee of $135.00 per 50-minute session. Virginia offers a free 15-minute phone consultation prior to starting care to ensure both parties agree on a good fit before beginning treatment.

Payment

All major credit cards and health savings accounts.

Cancellation Policy

There is a 24-hour cancellation policy for all appointments. Please contact Virginia directly for cancellations via email, text, or phone. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not provided notice with at least 24 hours in advance by phone, email or text, you will be required to pay your full session fee. However, there are times, because of illness or emergency, where it may not be possible to provide such notice, in which there can be flexibility in these specific circumstances.

Insurance

This office is a self-pay practice, where Virginia is able to provide you with a document (Superbill) to assist you with your insurance.

All Seasons Mental Health Counseling, PLLC cannot accept responsibility for collecting or for negotiating a settlement of a disputed claim.  You are responsible for full payment of all sessions at the time of the session.

Notice regarding insurance coverage

Insurance payments for mental health visits are based on medical necessity, which means that you must have a diagnosable disorder and your counselor must provide information about the services provided to you to your insurance company. This is true for all types of counseling. If you want to use your insurance, Virginia will be assessing if you have a diagnosable disorder during your first visit. If this is the case, Virginia will be happy to help you get your counseling covered by providing you a Superbill you can submit to insurance, but be aware that you will have a diagnosis and that this diagnosis becomes a permanent part of your medical record. When you pay privately, Virginia can assure the highest degree of privacy and can maintain control of your mental health record as allowed by New York and Florida state laws.

No Surprises Act Notice:

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.

  • You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.
  • Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.
  • If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
  • Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.

For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 1-800-985-3059.
